LEVEL 3 FIRST AID AT WORK

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The First Aid at Work course will benefit all those seeking First Aid qualifications in low-risk or high-risk environments. Construction sites and warehouses, for example, are considered high-risk work environments because they are prone to First Aid emergencies and accidents. The course is designed to meet the Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations, regardless of whether the employee is working in a high-risk or low-risk environment.

If you are working in a low-risk work environment such as an office where accidents are less likely to occur, we would suggest attending the Emergency First Aid at Work course which is a 1-day course and covers the basics of First Aid.

CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT

In order for you to become a proficient First Aider, we will use a variety of interactive and dynamic teaching methods, including real-life scenarios and videos. Multiple-choice tests will be administered on the first and third days of the course.

Upon completion of the First Aid at Work course, each delegate will receive a certificate that passes the Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations. First Aid Industry Body (FAIB)-accredited certificates are valid for three years.
